钢筋套筒

1、强度不同

主要表现在一级套筒相对于二级接头讲,强度略高一筹,一般情况下,一级套筒在搭接时不用错开。

2、抗拉强度的判定标准不同

一级套筒抗拉强度的判定标准为大于或等于钢筋母材实际抗拉强度1.1倍方为合格接头,二级套筒抗拉强度的判定标准为大于或等于钢筋母材标准抗拉强度即为合格接头。

3、规定设置不同

一级套筒的接头百分率没有规定限制范围;二级接头的接头百分率不能大于其50%。

钢筋套筒接头:

钢筋套筒接头又称钢筋连接套筒接头,钢筋接头根据抗拉强度、残余变形以及高应力和大变形条件下反复拉压性能的差异,分为三个性能等级:

一级钢筋套筒:

接头抗拉强度不小于被连接钢筋实际抗拉强度或1.10倍钢筋抗拉强度标准值,并具有高延性及反复拉压性能。混凝土结构中当在同一连接区段内必须实施100%钢筋接头的连接时,应采用1级钢筋连接套筒接头。

二级钢筋套筒:

接头抗拉强度不小于被连接钢筋抗拉强度标准值,并具有高延性及反复拉压性能。混凝土结构中要求充分发挥钢筋强度或延伸性能要求高的部位应优先选用2级钢筋连接套筒接头。

三级钢筋套筒:

接头抗拉强度不小于被连接钢筋屈服强度标准值的1.35倍,并具有一定的延性及反复拉压性能。混凝土结构中钢筋应力较高但对延伸性要求不高的部位可以采用3级钢筋连接套筒接头。

Difference between primary sleeve and secondary sleeve

1. The intensity is different

The main performance is that the strength of the first stage sleeve is slightly higher than that of the second stage joint. Generally, the first stage sleeve does not need to be staggered when overlapping.

2. The criteria of tensile strength are different

The first grade sleeve tensile strength criterion is greater than or equal to 1.1 times of the actual tensile strength of the reinforcement base metal, and the second grade sleeve tensile strength criterion is greater than or equal to the standard tensile strength of the reinforcement base metal.

3. The regulations are different

The joint percentage of primary sleeve is not limited; the joint percentage of secondary sleeve should not be more than 50%.
